SSA was selected by Mid Peninsula Housing Coalition to develop a master plan for 51 units of attached single family homes for this 18 acre site located adjacent to the sensitive habitat of Pinto Lake. Formerly the site was a campground that over the years had become housing for low income and farm worker individuals and families. The campground was purchased by MPHC with help from the Santa Cruz County Redevelopment Agency and Board of Supervisors. SSA was charged with developing solutions to meet a wide variety of stakeholder concerns.The project received unanimous approval from the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors of Santa Cruz County.
